The double walled vacuum insulated Travel Tumbler keeps drinks cold under 8°C and hot over 65°C for up to 6 hours.
In addition to usability, material and texture support long-term use. High quality stainless steel helps to preserve the rich aroma and flavour of drinks. The coloured tumblers have a powder coated finish to prevent scratches.
For maximum insulation efficiency, pre-heat or pre-cool the tumbler prior to use by filling in a bit of hot/cold water for 1-2 mins.

Due to new export rules following Brexit we are still shipping to EU countries but not through our website. If you would like to purchase something to be sent to an EU country please email us directly at info@campbellcole.co.uk with what you would like to order as well as the country you would like it sending to so we can create a bespoke quote for you.

Delivery information
All orders are sent from Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. On these days, we will send orders on the same day if they are placed before 13:00 (UK time). Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched on the next shipping day.
Where possible please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the delivery as your parcel may require a signature.
For international orders, we use local postal services for Standard shipping and couriers (usually DHL) for Express services. If you need your order quickly please use an Express service. Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination. Since Brexit, customers within the EU will also be liable for import fees.
The below shipping times are an estimate given by the courier companies we use, there are times when delays occur and your parcel may take longer to arrive.

CUSTOMS & TAX
Orders from outside the UK may be subject to import fees upon entry to the recipient's country. The customer will need to pay these in order to receive the goods.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unused items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order.
How to return your order:
1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a returns address label.
2. Attach the returns address label to the parcel. Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging using a fully tracked and insured delivery service of your choice. Email any tracking information to us.
3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.
Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point.
