The camera wrist strap is designed to be used with small to medium sized cameras, and is perfect for keeping your camera secure, steady and close to hand.
We have carefully chosen materials known for their tensile strength and wear resistance. The thinner of the two cords is a particularly high performance cord, featuring a dyneema core and polyester cover, widely used for demanding applications such as paragliding. The strap can be easily adjusted to your wrist and is finished with a Campbell Cole logo embossed vegetable tanned leather trim.
We appreciate that your camera is a valued piece of equipment, so in the unlikely event that you notice any unusual signs of wear on either of the two cords, we advise that you stop using the strap. If this happens within 2 years of purchase please contact either OPUMO or Campbell Cole with your order number so we can take a look.

We are currently only shipping orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please expect delays due to COVID and Brexit.
We usually send orders on the same day if they are placed before 13:00 (UK time). Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched on the next shipping day.
Where possible please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the delivery as your parcel may require a signature.
For International orders, we use local postal services for Standard shipping and couriers (usually DHL) for Express services. If you need your order quickly please use an Express service. Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination. Since Brexit, customers within the EU may also be liable for import fees.
The below shipping times are an estimate given by the courier companies we use, there are times when delays occur and your parcel may take longer to arrive.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order.
How to return your order:
1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a returns address label.
2. Attach the returns address label to the parcel. Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging using a fully tracked and insured delivery service of your choice. Email any tracking information to us.
3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.
Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point.
