SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We aim to send all orders on the same day if they are placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

For shipping, we use Royal Mail, UPS and Parcelforce. All parcels require a signature on delivery.  Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number.

Please note, we are a small team and there are times when we are not able to post your order on the same day.  If you need your order urgently, please contact us before checkout and we will advise when it will be sent.

Orders from outside the EU may be subject to import fees on delivery.

Please note that Campbell Cole are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt.

How to return your order:

  1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with our returns address.
  2. Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging using a fully tracked and insured delivery service.
  3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.

Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point. Please note that we are not able to refund return shipping costs.
