Spring Birdies is the second part of our Craft + Story Workshops during the Easter Holidays at half_a_studio that will be lead by Felicity.
Felicity is co-owner of Campbell Cole, works part-time as a lecturer on the Product Design BA course at Nottingham Trent University and volunteers at a local primary school. She is passionate about children spending time enjoying arts and crafts.

half_a_studio is on the 2nd floor of an old Victorian factory building and the first flight of stairs is quite steep, so please stay close to young children whilst climbing the stairs.
The entrance is via a big black door just along from Rocky Riders bike shop off Humber Road.
Please do not park outside the building. There is limited parking available on Humber Road, and on side streets such as Evelyn Street. There is also customer parking at Home Bargains, so it might be worth making a small purchase there so that you can use their car park.
There is a tram stop very close by on Middle Street.
Buggy access is tricky as there are a couple of steps into the building. Please message us if you are planning on coming as a single adult with a buggy so we can help with lifting it into the building.

SHIPPING
All orders are sent from Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next shipping day.
Where possible please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the delivery as your parcel may require a signature.
For international orders, we use local postal services for Standard shipping and couriers (usually DHL) for Express services. If you need your order quickly please use an Express service. Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unused items within 30 days of receipt.
How to return your order:
UK Customers
1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a pre-paid printable Royal Mail returns address label.
2. Attach the returns address label to the parcel. Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging. We will deduct £3 from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Alternatively to receive a full refund, use your own courier and email us the tracking information so we can look out for it.
3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.
Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point.
International Customers
1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with our return shipping address details.
